Philippe & Partners was founded in Brussels and in Luxembourg in 2000. The firm has joined forces with law firms located in Charleroi (previously named Bullman & Bossard) and Liège. Recently the firm merged with the Brussels' banking and finance department of Elegis (formerly Buyle, Dieryck & Maingain) and with Beius (formerly van Dievoet, Jegers, Van der Mosen & Partners). The firm also has an office in Paris and is member of an international network of lawyers.
