The object of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between the Consultant and the Company pursuant to which the Consultant commits itself to provide services to the Company. The contract contains articles related to the terms and conditions of performance of services, the obligations of each party and their liabilities. This contract also regulates the end of the contract, the "force majeure", confidentiality and non competition.
