Rahim Samii is a member of the Brussels' Bar (Francophone Law Society) since 2001. He deals with real estate issues, particularly in the negotiation of contracts relating to real estate (asset deals, share purchase agreements, split structures, financing agreements, leases, etc...) involving public and private parties. These transactions covered both administrative (zoning and environment) and civil law issues in the three Regions of Belgium.
