Biography: 

Helene de Rode is a partner in the firm since 2007 and a lawyer called to the Bar of Liege in 1978. She developed since more than 25 years a practice whose essential activities are focused on insurance law, commercial law, contracts law, torts law, corporate law, arbitration, real estate.

She was invited professor at the Catholic University of Louvain (U.C.L.) till 2003 (insurance, contracts law, torts law).

She is the author of many scientific publications in these areas.
Since 2004 she is president of an European scientific academy (European Academy of Sciences) and she is also legal officer in an A.I.S.B.L. of scientific research (V.I.N.F.).
