Besides ensuring compliance with the relevant mandatory rules, we aim at strengthening our clients' contractual position and minimizing risks and disputes. This is ensured thanks to the optimization of certain clauses (force majeure, guarantees, limitation of liability, penalties, hardship, best efforts and alternative dispute resolution clauses), the care of our clients' priorities and the management of the operating environment (application law, court with jurisdiction, Incoterms, etc.).
