Pierre MOREAU graduated with a degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) in 1998. In 2001, he obtained a diploma in Insurance Law at the UCL (DES en droit et économie des assurances).

He is lawyer, member of the Brussels Bar since 1999 and member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011. He joined the firm Philippe & Partners in 2008.

Pierre is partner since October 2010.

His practice is focused on insurance, torts and liabilities. He has also developed extensive experience in commercial contact law.

He is the author of various publications in the field of insurance, torts and liabilities and is member of the editorial board of the «Revue Générale des Assurances et des Responsabilités» (RGAR).
